Welcome to Paletz Windows & Doors! By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or hiring our installation services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Paletz Windows & Doors ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides windows, doors, and related installation services to residential and commercial clients in South Florida.
Free Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Scope of Work: Quotes include only the products, materials, and services specifically listed. Additional work requested by the customer after acceptance may result in additional charges.
Price Adjustments: In rare cases, significant changes in material costs or availability may require a price adjustment before final contract approval.
Deposit Requirement: A deposit (typically 50% unless otherwise agreed in writing) is required before materials are ordered.
Payment Schedule: Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the project. Payment methods accepted include credit card, check, or approved financing partners.
Late Payments: Payments not received by the agreed date may incur late fees and could delay project completion.
Scheduling: We will provide an estimated installation date once materials are confirmed.
Delays: While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather, manufacturer backorders, permitting processes, or circumstances outside our control.
Site Access: The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the installation site.
Permits: Where required, Paletz Windows & Doors will obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Code Compliance: All installations are performed to meet or exceed local building codes and manufacturer specifications.
Manufacturer Warranty: Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty details will be provided upon installation.
Workmanship Warranty: Our labor is warrantied for one year from the date of installation. This warranty covers installation-related defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance.
Before Materials Are Ordered: Customers may cancel within 3 business days of signing and receive a full refund.
After Materials Are Ordered: Deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable to cover restocking and special-order costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paletz Windows & Doors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, or delays, including but not limited to loss of property value or lost profits.
Customer information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing service. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment or legal compliance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date.
